Nina and Pavel recommend...

It is a time when humanity has been attacked by "the buggers." Luckily the Earth survived the attacks but now there is one more battle to be fought. Ender is a young kid who is chosen to be trained and to be the commander of the last fight. He is talented but there are many obstacles for that potential to be revealed and save the world. Will Ender be able to reach his limits and be who people need him to be? How will he overcome the difficulties and will be able to do it? Will a 10-year-old manage to save humanity?

Ender's Game turned out to be the best book I've read in a long time. It is a fiction story which in my opinion at first seems a little banal. Aliens have attacked and the only chance at survival is one single person. But as you keep reading the book you find out that Ender, the main character, is not who you expected him to be, and that this book is not about fighting evil aliens, but about will, confidence and all sorts of feelings. Everyone who reads this book will end up having a pleasant surprise.
